Shipping is prompt. Air Delivery Orders received by 10am PST will ship the same day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Air Delivery is 3 business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) and may take longer to Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow 4-9 business days for Standard Delivery.

If you require faster delivery such as 2nd Day Air or Overnight Delivery, please place your order by calling 425-996-0553.

We ship most orders via USPS and FedEx and may use UPS and other carriers where appropriate. If you select Standard Delivery and your destination is not serviced by FedEx Ground your order maybe shipped via USPS Parcel Post. You will receive an email notification with either a delivery confirmation number or a tracking number when we ship your order. If your order is shipped via USPS you will receive a delivery confirmation number. Delivery confirmation service gives you the date, ZIP Code™ and the time your article was delivered. If delivery was attempted you will get the date and time of attempted delivery.

While some orders may be delayed during peak seasons, we will make every effort to ensure your package arrives within the stated time frames for each shipping option.

Since we are a business located in Washington, we are required by law to collect sales tax of 9% for items delivered within the state of Washington.
