Standard Delivery Orders ship within 48 hours of placing an order excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays from Issaquah, Washington.
Depending upon your location, please allow 3-8 business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) from date of shipping for Standard Delivery. Standard Delivery is shipped via FedEx Ground and US Postal Service (USPS).
If you select Standard Delivery and your destination is not serviced by FedEx Ground, your order maybe shipped via USPS Parcel Post.
USPS Priority Mail Orders received by 9am PST (Pacific Standard Time) will ship the same
day excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Although USPS Priority Mail is not a guaranteed delivery timeframe, USPS Priority Mail is typically delivered within 3 business
days (excludes Sundays and Holidays) from date of shipping and may take longer
to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, APO addresses and during the holiday season. This is a great option if you need your order processed fast but
don't need a guaranteed delivery date.
If you require faster delivery such as Overnight Delivery or a Guaranteed Delivered by Date, please place your order by calling 425-996-0553 so we can provide a quote for shipping and handling.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
While some orders may be delayed during peak seasons and bad weather conditions, we will
make every effort to ensure your package arrives within the stated time frames for each shipping option.
