Returns and Cancellations
An order can be cancelled provided that the order has not been shipped.
Cancellations are made by calling 425-996-0553. If the order has been shipped,
please follow the return policy.
Return Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll give you your choice of a full
credit, equal exchange, or your money back within 30 days of purchase.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the
returned item. In most cases, we’ll issue a refund in the same form of payment
originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return.
If the refund does not appear in your account within four weeks from the day you
sent us your return, please e-mail
us for further assistance.
Items that are in its original condition, (e.g, not damaged or missing parts) for reasons not
due to our error will receive a full refund of the item price. Original and return shipping
charges will be included in the refund only if the return was the result of our error.

- Your order number
- Your name and address

- If exchanging, please note the following:
- Items you would like to exchange
- Reason for exchange
- Any additional items you may want to purchase (if purchasing additional
items please enclose check or credit card information)
