Returns and Cancellations

An order can be cancelled provided that the order has not been shipped. Cancellations are made by calling 425-996-0553. If the order has been shipped, please follow the return policy.

Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll give you your choice of a full credit, equal exchange, or your money back within 30 days of purchase.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we’ll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. If the refund does not appear in your account within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please e-mail us for further assistance.

Items that are in its original condition, (e.g, not damaged or missing parts) for reasons not due to our error will receive a full refund of the item price. Original and return shipping charges will be included in the refund only if the return was the result of our error.

To make a return provide the following with your return:

Your order number

Your name and address

 

If exchanging, please note the following:

Items you would like to exchange

Reason for exchange

Any additional items you may want to purchase (if purchasing additional items please enclose check or credit card information)

 

If returning, please note the reason for the return.
