Returns and Cancellations
An order can be cancelled provided that the order has not been shipped.
Cancellations are made by calling 425-996-0553. If the order has been shipped,
please follow the return policy.
Return Policy
If you're not satisfied with any item, we'll give you your choice of an exchange
or refund of its purchase price within 30 days of purchase.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund or exchange once we've received and processed the
returned item. Refunds are issued in the same form of payment
originally used for the purchase. All requests will be processed within one to three business days upon receipt of
your package to Issaquah, WA.
Items that are in its original condition, (e.g., not damaged or missing parts) will receive a full refund of the item price. Shipping
charges will be included in the refund only if the return was the result of our error.
